I also have not been approved for PEUC13 week since December
OVER due to system error in UI I have e-mailed and emailed the Governor, but no progress, so I waited until today.
However, the benefit year end is coming up next month, so I called today.

The call center person sounded very tired.
I was so angry that I had to wait for 3 months because of a system error. I had heard that there were many people in more trouble than me, so I had been waiting for 3 months to hear from you,
I started the conversation in a modest way.
They listen very kindly.

I asked for the other person's name at the end, in case it might be useful later on if something happened.

I hope Oneone can get this resolved soon.

I too have been waiting since November for overpayment reasons.
I still have not received a letter.
I know you had the same overpayment reason as me,
what did they say when you called ？
did they just tell you to wait for the letter ？

Sorry to continue, but as sunset stated in 825 in the 13 week extension program topic,
it said that they could not respond to overpayments by phone and that we would just have to wait for the letter, so I was just waiting and waiting, but if you have made any progress by calling Hanamaru, could you let me know? I was just waiting for the letter, but if you could let me know if there was any progress ？ then I would call again.............................

Just to be clear. As I wrote in #825, don't just wait for the letter, you may get a phone call as well. Try taking all phone numbers that you don't remember. I think it is always a good idea to set up an answering machine as well. If there is no response, you will be put off.

Sunset, it has been a while. Thank you for writing to us. I am also waiting for your call. I always take the ones with the Hawaii area code, even on the islands. I also take the ones with the mainland area code because I am also anxious. Both are commercial.
