いろんなサイトで情報はゲットできるんですが、やっぱりＬＡ在住のみなさまの知恵をお借りしたいと思います。ガーデニングを始めたいのですがみなさん何を育てていらっしゃいますか?あまり難しくないもから始めたいと思っています。
よくスーパーで買うのはトマト、ピーマン、バジル、ねぎ、紫蘇、しょうが、にんにくです。一応日本のサイトでは家庭菜園できるようですがＬＡの気候でもすくすく育ちますか?初心者でも育てられるのかわかりませんが。。。
地植えのほうがいいとは思いますが地植えはスペースに限りがあるのでプランターと地植え少々でやっていこうと思います。今までプチトマトを毎年育てていますが他のものは育てたことがありません。プチトマトはすっごいおいしいものを収穫できました。みなさんの体験も教えてください。

West LAのソーテルBlvd.沿いのナーサリーで買いました。
2年くらい前ですが・・・
昨年は3個でしたが今年は7個収穫できそうです。
場所はどちらが便利なのかわかりませんが、日系のお店をお勧めします。
お体大事にされてかわいい赤ちゃんとのご対面が楽しみですね♪

サウスベイ在住なのですが、この辺りで見つからなかったときには
是非足を伸ばして教えていただいたナーサリーを探してみたいと思います。
でも2年くらいで7個収穫なんてすごいですね。

私はサウスベイのＰＣＨの所にあるＯＳＨで去年の春に買いました。
去年は８個しか収穫できなかったけど、今年は２１個元気に育ってます。
来年の春だったら、また売りに出ると思いますよ。
