初めてtraffic school に行かなければならなくなりました。
あまり英語が話せないので、不安なのですが、どなたかオンラインでされた方はいますか?オンラインの方が早いし、少し安いと聞いたのですが、日本語はないらしいので、実際に学校に行った方がちゃんと出席してると、少し安心するのですが、何かアドバイスあれば、よろしくお願いします。
手紙がもちろんすべて英語なので、よく理解できませんでした。
いつまでに支払うのか、いつまでに学校行くのか、などなど。。。

とありますが、異議申し立てをして負けたらトラフィックスクールには行けません。

赤信号で右折したらそこにポリスが待っていてチケットを切られました。
すぐ前に同じ様に右折した人達も居たのにチケットを切られなかったのでコートに異議申し立てをしました。
結果は敗訴でしたがJudgeからその場でトラフィックスクールに行くように言われました。
ですから異議申し立てをして負けてもケースによってはトラフィックスクールに行けます。

私も最初はトラフィクスクールに行けないと聞いたことがあったので、意義を申し立てするか迷ったのですが、実際にあたしは裁判で意義を申し立てて、結果敗訴しました。ですから敗訴した瞬間やばい、と思ったのですが、その時に裁判官にトラフィクスクールに行けるかと聞いたら、トラフィクスクール行って良いと言われました。そして実際に行きました。といいますが、その時はオンライン受講でも大丈夫でした2～3か月前のことです。
要は裁判官次第だと思います。
