みなさんこんにちは。7月7日（2020）夜10：30頃、East Los Angelesで右折してHwy60に入る時、信号が黄色から赤になる時に交差点に入ってしまい、信号機のカメラが光りました。今日現在（9月22日）まだチケットは届いていません。私が撮られた信号カメラは地下鉄メトロ所有なので、DMV設置のカメラとは異なり、まだ作動していることが羅府新報の記事で知りました。すでに77日が経過していますが、どれ位の日数で反則切符は届くものでしょうか？

車のナンバープレートのステッカーが10月末に切れるのに、DMVからまだ通知が来ていません。ということは、反則チケットの発行も遅れているかもと思い、毎日ビクビクしています。12月末まで届かなければセーフかなと勝手に思っています。

罰金のlateペナルティー、メチャ高いよ。

south bay付近は対象外になっていますが、地域によって罰則の対象になったり、ならなかったり。早めに問い合わせた方が良さそうな気もします。こちらはFullertonできられました。

The violations will be processed per Metro and the LASD polices to ensure citations are mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle on file with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The current fines for a photo enforcement violation are $445 for adults and $435 for legal motorists under age 18. Additional fees for attending traffic school apply.
メトロとシェルフの管轄だそーよ。っつーことで警察の管轄だから他地域のカメラと変わんないね
ということで赤で入ったら信号無視で切符。＃３、４は間違い
言ってることがほんとなら黄色で入ってんだからセーフ判断されたとか。
車の登録住所が違うとか無い？ 違反確定で車の住所が合ってるなら何回も来るよ。焦らず待とう。
俺だったらほっとくけどね 半年待っても来なかったらラッキー
ちなみにSupreme Courtでカメラの写真は有効って判決でてっけどね。裁判起こした方は負けてるよ
いくつかの警察がカメラを使うのを止めてるのは裁判がめんどくさいからだってさ
