I have been receiving unemployment insurance since last April.

However,
since January 9, I have received the following message on my claim inquiry: "I can file a claim, but it has been pending for over a month and six times the amount has not been paid.
I am now managing to live off my savings, but I am in trouble. I emailed them three weeks ago, but have yet to hear from them.
It says not to email more than once, so I haven't done that since. I have been trying to call them several times a day, but they never return my calls.

My husband was a researcher at a university on a J visa until Fall 2019 ～ Summer 2020.

Last year （ 2020 ） we filed our 2019 tax return （ Federal and State ） in the US,
how should we do for 2020 tax return?

Last year I received my W2 form in the mail from the university, but I have not received it this year as of now.
Should I contact the university?
