I have exactly the same experience as you. The job offered was $20 ～ but in reality it was a minimum hourly wage ＋ with tips, and the distribution of tips varied slightly from employee to employee. I quit because I didn't get health insurance even though I worked 20+ hours a week, I didn't get breaks, and I was getting skinnier and skinnier.

So it seems that some of the jobs that advertise high hourly wages are listed with a minimum hourly wage ＋ tip.
And the jobs don't even mention the hourly wage during the training period.

The job ad did not list an hourly wage or benefits, and when I emailed the company to ask about salary, they did not reply. 普通の医師と同じように、Medical Bordに苦情の申し立てをする所があるはずです。
でも、ここに通告したとしても、トピ主さんには直接何の保障が出る訳ではありません。

まず、インプラントをした医師に引き続き治療して、やり直しをしてもらいたいのか、
他のところで治療をして、インプラントした医師から損害賠償をしてもらいたいのか、
どうするかを決めて、医療専門のロイヤーに相談しては如何でしょうか？

私もインプラントは3回やりましたが、2回はやり直しをしています。
ですので、やり直しは結構よくあることなのだと思います。
もちろん、一定期間の間にやり直す時は手術費は無料と言う契約をしていますので、追加費用はそれほど掛りません。
インプラントをする時は、やり直しの時の費用をカバーしてくれる歯科医の所が安心ですね。
歯科医もやり直しをしたい分けでは無いので、それなりに腕も信用出来ると思います。

私がインプラントのやり直しをした時は、勿論術後直ぐは痛みが当然ありますが、
1ヶ月もするとそれほど痛みも無くなり、一見順調に回復しているように見えましたが、
インプラント後の次のクラウンを付ける前の処置の段階（約半年後）でインプラントにキャップを付ける時に痛みがあり、
そのインプラントは抜いて、そこにボーングラフトをしました。
ですので、インプラントを抜いた直後は、初めのインプラントの手術の時と同様の痛みはあります。

痛みに関しては個人差があり、私は痛みに強い方だと思いますので、
痛み止めも、最初のインプラントをした歯医者はコデイン系統の強い痛み止めを処方しましたが、薬の方が強すぎてフラフラになったので、最初の2-3日服用後は、普通のアドビルのような痛み止めに替えました。（抗生物質は同じものを続けて服用しました）
他の歯科医では、痛み止めはアドビルだけというところもあいります。

お話を読む限りでは、やはりその歯科医の対応には問題があると思います。

ただ、やり直しをするのであれば、何処でやってもそれなりの痛みはありますので、その辺は覚悟が必要です。

インプラントは老人ボケになると歯ぎしりでインプラントだけの歯が残り毎日血まみれになるので、
ボケるまえに体力があるうちにインプラントを抜いた方がいいと聞きましたが、
その辺どうなんでしょうか？

それとも、インプラントした歯が歯の無い場所を噛んで血まみれになる？？？

そうなる前に、全部の歯をインプラントにすれば良いのでは？？

老人になると手術の負担が大きいです。
だからボケる前にインプラントを抜くか、まだボケていなく体力がある若いうちに健康な歯も抜き全部インプラントにするか、
考えどころです。
