Recently, when I take my car to an authorized dealer

for regular maintenance,

I feel like I am being ripped off by the dealer.

I still feel some resistance when I am told by Americans.

I also feel uncomfortable taking them to Latino and Korean factories in the suburbs of LA.

do you have any recommendations?

As the title says, I am writing to find out the monthly membership fee for Anytime in Waikiki.

I heard that Hawaii is a popular place to work out, and besides Anytime, there are gyms used by Army and UFC

gyms for mixed martial arts.

In my recent job search, I see a lot of postings for hourly wages ＄ 17 to 20, etc.

In fact, when I go to interviews, the hourly rate is ＄ 11 or 12, and including Tip, it is usually ＄ 17 to more.

but when you actually work there, the hourly rate is ＄ 15 or so including tips.

Is this different from what is stated in the job description? ？

先月、インプラントの手術をしましたが、その後、ねじ周りが感染を起こしてしまったらしく、痛みがひどい状態です。
レントゲンには、ねじ周辺に影が写っています。
しかし、歯科医は、それは感染ではないといいます。

依然として、痛みはおさまらないので、他の歯科医にセカンドオピニオンをもらいにいきました。そちらでは、「感染を起こしている。これでは、骨とくっつかない」と言われました。

歯科医がうその言い訳をして、インプラントのやり直し等に応じない場合、アメリカには、通報するような機関があるのでしょうか？
歯科医の失敗を責めるつもりはありませんが、善意ある対処をしてもらえないことに、憤慨しています。

特に、感染しているのは、他のスタッフたちも薄々気づいているほど、明らかな事実であるのに、自分の保身のためか、虚偽の説明を繰り返す歯科医の行為は、ライセンスに影響する行為だと考えます。

I've been saving for a down payment for a few years to buy a house in Torrance or thereabouts.

Last year, real estate prices seemed to have leveled off a bit, so I was wondering if they would go down this year, but I've been looking at SOLD prices for the past few months and they seem to be higher than before.
And when they go on sale, they are PENDING a week later.
Maybe it will still go up?
