My son will be starting preschool next year in the 3 year old class.
The application process will start in September, and our first choice is
Montessori Community School in Makiki.

I recently attended a meeting hosted by the school where I was able to tour the school and ask questions, and I heard from many other parents who had questions about the school
They told me that this year, the admission rate for preschool for 3 year olds was 15 times higher than that for 3 year olds.
I knew that this is a top Montessori school because of its difficulty and small class size, but
I was intimidated by the 15x odds.
The school also told us that there were a lot more applications this year than in previous years due to the opening of Corona.
It seems that until 8-10 years ago, it was 2-3 times as many.
