新しくlaptopの購入を考えています。
pc関係に詳しくなくintelとAMDの違いがわかりません。
どちらがどのように良いとかありますか?
教えてください。

AMDとIntelの違いなんて普通の人が気にする問題ではないです。
高いCPUだからって長持ちする物でもないので、
手頃な値段の物を頻繁に買い換える方が効率も良いですよ。
所詮laptopでエンコードとか重い作業しても厳しいですし、intelのi3あたりでも買っておけば良いんじゃないですか?

CROMEが使えていた3月３０日に日にちを指定してシステム復元しましたが駄目でした。
初期化しなければ駄目ですかね。

どうしてもクロームが使いたいとなると、
初期化が無難かもしれませんね。
ちなみにどういった症状なんですか?

再インストールはできますが、サイトにアクセスするとエラー表示がでます。
このウェブページにアクセスできません。
例えばこんな以下の感じです。
http://www.yahoo.co.jp/ のウェブページは一時的に停止しているか、新しい http://www.yahoo.co.jp/ に移動した可能性があります。
エラー 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): 不明なエラーです。

ググったらこれが出てきましたけど、これですか?
正常に起動はできているけどネットが繋がってないってなると
アンチウィルスソフトがブロックしているっぽいんだったらこれ参考にしたら大丈夫そうですよね。
