元ルームメイトがデポジットを返してくれません。 彼はアメリカ人で、自分が借りている３ベット２バスルームのコンドの二部屋を日本人限定で貸しています。 引っ越してから分かった事なのですが、彼は過去に一度も誰にもデポジットを返していません。 一体どしたらデポジット返して貰えるでしょうか？ 何年も住んでいて一度も掃除した事がない程家の中は汚れていて、その汚い家を全て住んでいた日本人のせいにして、デポジットを返さないのが彼のやり方です。 皆さんの知恵を貸してください。

ガチでJudge JudyのLA版のスカウトされました。 多分相手のキチガイっぷりが目に止まってTVのネタとしては面白い思ったのでしょうかね？ 一発勝負で勝訴さえすればTV局が全額肩代わりして払ってくれるので、キチガイからお金を回収するより楽な気がします。

真下に住んでるこのキチガイが足音煩いと頻繁に文句言いに来るボーナス付きです、文句言いにいくふりをして日本人女性が居ないか物色してるだけだですが。
