ロサンゼルスに来てから、美味しいパンに巡りあえず寂しい思いをしています。
ふわふわ系やデニッシュ、クロワッサンの美味しいパン屋さんをご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら、ぜひ教えてください♪
日本では、ゴントランシェリエのクロワッサンが好きでよく食べていました。
Westwood在住ですが、少し遠くても構いません。車で1時間くらいならパンのために行きます(笑)
また、こちらのスーパー(ラルフズ、トレジョ、ホールフーズ)で手に入る日本ぽいパンがあれば、あわせて教えていただけると嬉しいです。

日本人てさ、食の安全性に無頓着な人が多いよね。
そのわりに、ホールフーズには意外とけっこう日本人いる。
アメリカ人みたいに二極化してきてるよね。ヘルシーな物ばかり食べて見るからに健康そうな人と、
手当たり次第に何でも食べて顔が浮腫んで肥満な人。

アマンディーヌも韓国系になったのですか？日本でもそうですが色々な会社、お店、旅館までが外国資本になってきていますが、こちらは余計に韓国系、中国系に乗っ取られているんですね。
日系の人口が減っているけど、中、韓系は増えているから仕方がないのかもしれませんが、残念です。
好みによりますが、Sprout'sのチョコレートブリオッシュは私的にはダメでした。トレジョもベーカリー系は残念なのが多いので、もっとがんばってほしいです。
中華、台湾系は何かというと北海道何とかってネーミングつけていますね。中、韓、台系も日本の真似したものが多いですが、味はやっぱりいまいちがおおいです。Porto's はデニッシュ系であの値段の割には美味しいかと思います。
