来月からLAエリアにあるコミカレに進学します。
家は全部込みで月550程度で借りることは決定したのですが、食生活が不安です。当方全く自炊の経験がないので不安だらけです。
友人に聞くと月150程度あれば不自由なく1ヶ月過ごせると言っていたのですが、どのようなレシピが良いのかわかりません。アメリカで安く作れる朝昼晩のレシピや冷凍食品などあれば教えて下さい。
また、スーパーはsuperior grocers（安いのか高いのかはわからないが最寄り） とTokyo Centralがメインになると思います。
食生活に関してアドバイスなどあればよろしくお願いします(^^)

炊飯器はそれこそビビナビで中古の物を買われる事をお勧めします。
私も昨年新品を$100以下で買わせて頂きました。
現地の食材でお安くて日本人に使いやすいのは、
人参、玉ねぎ、イモ類、レタス、セロリ、キャベツ、コーン
正式な名称は知りませんが、大型のピーマン、大きい茄子など
あと、果物もスイカ、ぶどう、バナナなど日本に比べて安いですよね、
肉類は、鶏肉がお安いですね、次に豚肉、牛肉がやっぱり一番高い
韓国系や中国系のスーパーだと日本人に馴染みの野菜も種類が多く、比較的安いですね。
あと、マルカイも他の日系スーパーより生食材は割安だと思います。
現地のスパーですが、スーパーでもピンきりで、各店舗によってお得な商品類が微妙に違いますね。
いろいろ足を運んで、実際に何が何処で安いか学習してください。

Flippというサイトが便利で、私はアプリを使っています。
買い物へ行く前には、このサイトを必ずチェックします。
Superiorは、かなり安いと思います。
El SuperやBuy lowも同じくらいかな...と。
ただ、上記のストアは日本人を殆ど見かけませんし、ヒスパニックの低所得が多い地域に割に有ると思います。
(Buy lowがPCH沿いに出来た時は、驚きました。)
