はじめまして、私は41歳の元気なサラリーウーマンです。仕事の帰りに立ち寄るおいしいお酒と肴のお店、ご存知だったら教えてください！雑誌に掲載されるような所ではなくあくまでも・・・これが 旨い！！！って情報お願いしますね。帰宅途中下車可能な渋谷〜吉祥寺の井の頭線沿線であったら嬉しいです！

ロサンゼルスのニジヤマーケットで、アメリカで買える最高級米の玉錦15パウンド（約7キロ）が10ドルだったのでかって食べたらメッチャウマイ！おいしいお米って幸せですね。
10ドルってことは千円ちょっと。日本で思うと安いよね！でも探せば10キロ500円くらいでもそこそこ美味しいお米はあるんだから、アメリカって面白いよ！！！ガハハハハハ！

人身事故っていっても、たいしたことないんですが、、、。相手は車で、こちらは自転車でした。相手の車がお店の駐車場から出てくるときに、歩道を走っていたこちらの自転車と衝突してしまいました。幸い手首をひねったのと、自転車のブレーキが壊れたぐらいで済みました。一応病院に行って、みてもらいたいし、自転車のブレーキも直したいのですが、こういう場合、自分の保険を使って病院に行けばよいのでしょうか？（相手の方はお金は高ければ保険で、そうでなければ自腹で払いますと言ってくれています。）ブレーキを直すときも、取りあえずお金を立て替えておいて、後で請求すればいいのでしょうか？ご存知の方、よろしくお願いします。

間違っていたらごめんなさい。確か自転車は歩道をはしってはいけないのでは？だからその場合車と同じように責任があってしかも逆走などしていたらもしくは自転車のほうが悪いようになってしまうらしいですよ。だから、そういうことがあるらしいので、示談でできるだけ保健なしでの請求をおすすめします。

弁護士さんに相談した方が良いと思います。お金を立て替えても払ってもらえるのか確実じゃないし、弁護士に相談した方が確実ですよ。わたしも今お世話になっているんですけどね！成功報酬なのでいまお金が無くても大丈夫ですよ

たとえ自転車は歩道を走っちゃダメで、自動車と同じ扱いであっても、ぶつけたほうが悪いですよ。
とめちゃいけないところに車を止めても、ぶつけたほうが結局は悪いのです。それと同じだと思います。
