I use a rotary composting system, but the food scraps fill up quickly, so I bury them in the soil in my backyard.
It seems to take about 3 months to complete composting. I don't put all my food scraps in the garbage, so it fills up quickly, but other houses may not accumulate that much food scraps. I have peach, citrus, and other fruit trees at home, so I dig holes around them and bury them. The compost has a partition in the center, and there are two rooms, one for food scraps and the other for composting in progress, and it is rotated daily to circulate oxygen, but it generates flies, so now I bury it directly in the soil and let the worms break it down for fertilizer.

But there was a mean-spirited resident in the neighborhood who tipped off the city that the shed was against city ordinances.

Then the city inspector came and said, "This shack has not passed the city audit," and we had to tear it down for crying out loud.

My neighbors also seem to keep their garage doors closed and use that space as a Living/Bed Room. I don't mind that at all.

ADUs don't have bathrooms ？ Then why did everyone say it was better to find an ADU to live in? But it was built without a permit, and she was told to leave within 2 weeks, so she rushed to move in and it was torn down immediately.

The reason they found out was because a city worker ？ who came to the house next door when they were renovating it found it. It was just a coincidence, but from my friend's point of view, it was a big surprise.

I still think it would have been nice to have a house in my backyard there. I don't know if it would have been better if I had had permission.

My dog has been barking more since he became a senior.
I play relaxing music when I go out. Loudly scolding a dog when he barks is counterproductive. They think they are being cared for.
I recently purchased Pet Hemp oil for dogs and have been experimenting with it. It seems to be good for reducing excitement and relaxing them, as well as for appetite loss.
I think it might be worth a try to help senior dogs with their day/night cycle.
I think 100% organic products are better.
You can buy it on Amazon and other places.
I have only just started using it, but it seems to relax them somewhat.

Search Amazon for Anti barking dog collar or Citronella dog bark collar or something like that and you'll find a lot of stuff. If it is reported to the Humane Society, you will receive a letter and if the complein continues, you will be fined, or you can do something about it and ask the neighbors how they are doing these days ？ in a low and apologetic way to show that you are concerned and that it is effective.
I took a simple snack, gave them my phone number, and apologized to them to let me know if they were being too noisy, and it subsided.

It is an aging behavior and is not expected to improve.
If he is 11 years old, he is a senior and the only way is to consult a veterinarian.

He needs care just like humans do.
My dog was the same way as a senior, but there was no solution.
First the barking, then the wandering around the room, and on and on it goes.
So we had no choice but to make sure that the family members took turns to stay at home until his last day.

Do you know what he is barking at? ？ You could try putting up curtains so he can't see outside as much as possible, or close the windows so he can't hear outside as much as possible.
