車についてきたワランティのガイドブックには、６ヶ月または、５０００マイルのどちらか、早いほうのタイミングで、メンテナンスのサービスを受けて、ブックにサービスを受けたことを証明するスタンプを押すようになっています。
ところが、車を買ったディーラーからは、前回サービスを受けてから２ヶ月もしないうちに、「あなたの車はサービスのスケジュールのDueです」という手紙（クーポン付き）が送られてきます。ディーラーの手紙に書かれている、”Due for its scheduled maintenance service" というには、何を基準に言ってくるのでしょうか？
ワランティーブックのスケジュールと、あまりにもタイミングが異なりすぎて、どうしたものかと迷っています。
みなさんは、いかがですか？

日本で桂枝茯苓丸という漢方薬を飲んでいましたが買い置きがなくなってしまいました。漢方薬を買えるお店を知っていたら教えてください。それともやはり処方箋が必要なのでしょうか。

Irvineならば、９９Ranch(Irvine Ctr+Culverのほう）の中の薬屋さんで、買えますよ。漢方の品揃えはたくさんあります。そこにいらっしゃる先生は日本語も話します。脈診もしてくれるみたいです（有料）。薬の名前を紙に書いていくと、いいとおもいます。私はそこで、ケイシブクリョウガンも買いました。20ドルぐらいでした。

もうご存知かもしれませんが、リンカーンハーバーのChartHouseでしょうか？
結構おいしいですが、景色は最高です！でも人気なのでマンハッタンビューを予約したほうがいいですね！
あとは、ここは話だけですが、フェリー乗り場のところのArthersLandingsでしょうか。景色はいいと思います。

ChartHouse、以前行きました。
マンハッタンが一望で、ゴハンもおいしいし、かといってそんなに高くないし、オススメだと思います。
予約してないと、席良くないかもしれないですね。
あと、交通の便がよくないので（バスの本数少ないし）、夜景を見てムードに浸るのは食事の前に済ませておいて、帰りはお店でタクシー頼んだ方がいいかもね。
お店のレビューは、ネットで検索すると結構出てきますよ。

最近あちこち聞きます。現在アメリカは投資ブームで、国内はもとより、海外からも投資家たちがやってきて商業物件、住宅など買いあさっている、とか・・・。我が家だって、なんとウン十万ドルと知らされました。どうなっとるの？この地価高騰。息子の代（現在16歳）ではもう手が届かないのかしら・・・と心配。みなさんは、この地価高騰のチャンスを活かして投資されているんですかね？

これから渡米予定の者ですが、カレッジでChild Developmentを専攻するつもりです。トランスファーの予定はなく、できれば卒業後OPTで働けたらと思っています。カレッジで取得できるcertificateやpermitは実際どのような場で活用できるものなんですか？certificateも色々種類があるようで、何をどう取っておくと良いのかわかりません。どなたか教えて下さい。宜しくです。

所有車両の保険が４月中旬で切れますがその後アメリカを半年程離れる予定にて帰国後新しく保険を付保しようと考えてますが、何か不都合がある（法的等）でしょうか？情報お願いします。

問題ないですよ。保険は運転する時に必要なので、もし、帰国されるならその間は車を使わない事なので、保険に入らなくてもOKですよ。アメリカに戻られた時に新たに保険に加入するといいですよ。

DAVID2003さん ありがとうございます 日本だと車検の関係で保険付保が途切れていると問題になる という事を過去に聞いた記憶があるのですが、アメリカではそのあたりは全く問題ないのですか？ご存知でしたら情報お願いします

アメリカに車検ありますか？
もし、貴方が日本へ行ってる間にレジストが切れる事は無いですよね。だったら、全然問題無いですよ。DMVにレジストを更新する時は、保険必要ですが、その間に更新する事が無いなら、車庫に保管となるので、保険は必要ないですよ。保険は公道を走る時に必要であって、車庫に保管するなら必要ない。
ま、もし、気になるなら保険更新して帰国されるといいでしょう。ただ、無駄な事ですが。

まず学生ビザを取得して語学学校に通い、英語の勉強に自分なりに納得できたら、その後日本語教師の資格をとりたいと考えています。日本語教育能力検定を受ける方法ではなく、日本語教師資格認定制度による1級を取るために420時間の通学をしたいのですがLAにはそのような学校はないのでしょうか？
情報ありましたら是非教えてください。

日本語教師資格認定制度の４２０時間の中にアメリカの大学の授業でも認められるのですか〜？日本語メジャーのある大学ならあると思いますが。

まず日本語教師をどの国で通用する資格が欲しいのか、どの教育レベルで教えたいのかを教えてください。
＃３420時間はアメリカの大学ではまったく認められません。ただ教える際に420時間で学んだことは決して無駄にはなりませんが。

今まで負担ゼロでしたが、会社から医療保険代の一部自己負担の通達がありました。これが結構きつい。
会社にお勤めの皆さんの医療保険事情について知りたいのですが、
医療保険は全額会社負担ですか？
一円も会社が負担してくれない会社にお勤めの方はおられますか？
もし一部自己負担しているのであれば
それは何割でいくらくらいでしょう？
家族分の保険代は会社負担ですか？それとも勤続年数により会社が負担してくれますか？
日系企業の多く（ト○タやホン○）は全額会社負担の上、かかった医療費までも負担してくれるそうですが、それは今でもそうですか？
よろしくお願いします。
