車を個人売買する時に買い手ににピンクスリップを、売り手がリリースオブライアビリティーをそれぞれ受け取ると思うのですが、
もし買い手がキチンとオーナーチェンジをしなかった場合でもリリースをDMVに提出しておけばその後、問題になる事は無いのでしょうか?
またココCAでは免許が無くても車を買う事は可能だと思うのですが、
その時買い手が免許が無い場合その部分は空欄のままでもエラーにならずにリリースノーティスはDMVに受理して貰えるのでしょうか?
ご存知の方、教えて下さい。
宜しくお願いします。

最近ですか。
または受付の人が適当だったのかも分かりません。
売り手がメンバーでも買い手がメンバーでなければ難しいのでは。

私のときは私はメンバーでないので買い手がメンバーカードを見せました。
ＧＩＦＴと書きましたが係りの人からいくらでも値段を書くように言われて買い手が５０ドルに直して手続きはすぐＯＫでした。
去年の１０月です。

ディーラーで新車購入したとき、サービスで今持っている車を新しい持ち主にDMV登録をしてくれましたが買い手が免許証を持っていないのです。
アメリカ生まれの20代の市民で免許証を持っていないのもちょっと考えられませんが
大丈夫なんでしょうか。
またディーラーに行ったとき他のメーカーの新車も扱っているとのことで
Tメーカーの新車を購入しました。
日本人が買いに来たのが珍しいのか日本人のお客を欲しいのか日系のディーラーより安くしてくれました。
ディーラー直営店で他のメーカーの新車を購入された方はいますか。
