I would love to know too. Since the oven has more space than the toaster, it would take longer to heat up the oven itself first. The toaster heats up in a matter of seconds, so I think this alone makes a difference in the electricity bill. We don't use a toaster in our house, but we have a two-layer upper and lower oven, the top is a regular oven but the bottom has a convection function.
The top is about one-third the size of a regular oven and the bottom is about two-thirds the space of a regular oven, so I always use the top when baking small items, but it takes less time than baking in the regular size open.
When I bake a smaller turkey or whole chicken, I also bake it on top, and it takes about half the time that the internet says, so this alone should lower your electric bill.
In my opinion, a toaster would surely be cheaper than this, but I would love to hear what others think.

I have been there a few years ago and last summer. It is in the airport, above the international exit, so it is on the second floor. The airport is L-shaped, and I think there is a sign posted at the corner of the L-shaped airport. The venue, or rather the office, is very small. There are a lot of chairs in front of the entrance, and there are usually a few people sitting there waiting for their appointments. You can walk there from the airport parking lot. If you are worried, call the office directly and check. In my experience, sometimes they answer the phone and sometimes no one answers, and once I was told that the office had moved and I should call this number, but they had not moved. I lived in Japan, so I have a renewed driver's license with a Japanese address.
Please check with your cell phone store to see if your Japanese passport will work as a Japanese ID.
I told them honestly when I bought my cell phone that I do not reside in Japan, so I do not receive any mail.
Nowadays, paperless is more appreciated.
