I have an irresistible craving for egg rice.
And I am afraid of eggs here, so I don't eat them raw either.

Mitsuwa sells pasteurized raw eggs, so we use them for TKG, sukiyaki, etc. ♩
I heard that the English word is "pasteurized egg", but I couldn't find it in other supermarkets.

I've never had a stomach ache from the raw eggs sold at Mitsuwa, so they are safe.

I once watched a TV program about eggs on Gatten, and they explained that the bacteria in eggs are very unlikely to be bacteria.
