During the corona period, I suddenly could not raise my left arm, so I went to see Kaiser and was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I went to Kaiser Physical Therapy for a while, but it never got better, so I stopped going there.

Later, when my corona had settled down, I went to see an osteopath in Japan and was diagnosed with a supraspinatus rotator cuff injury. I went to the hospital every day for electric therapy, massage, and exercises using equipment, and I got a little better. One day at a super public bath, a Korean lady gave me a lymphatic massage as a service, and for the first time in two years, my left arm, which had not been able to come up for two years, came back to its normal position.

Now I have pain and numbness in my right arm, and when I saw Kaiser last week, I had an x-ray that day and a nerve test later that day. I was also told to get Physical Therapy so I made an appointment.

I have also had physical therapy and massage without insurance, but it sometimes made my symptoms worse, so if you have Kaiser insurance, why not see Kaiser first? They will refer you to the right department and doctor for your pain and symptoms.

I have multiple animals. It is always Animal clinic. They have a yard in the back where you can potty and they let you out several times a day. The doctor is also very good at surgery. I highly recommend it.

I am currently attending the school. What I appreciate most is that almost all of the teachers can understand Japanese. As a Japanese family, it is great to be able to communicate with the teachers, and my child enjoys going to the school without feeling any barrier of Japanese ・ or English. Whenever I talk to the teachers, I know that they truly care about my child. I think the tuition is a good deal when you look at the ratio of time they take care of your child.
The only drawback is the location. If it were a little closer to Town, it would be easier to attend.

Usually, primary care doctors, gynecologists, dentists, and I make an appointment for the next year at the reception desk at the end of my visit. If it is not convenient for me because it is the next year, I can change it by phone or online (in the case of doctors in Queens, Kapiolani).
