テニスのフォアハンドのＴＯＰＳＰＩＮをかけた強いストロークの打ち方、なおかつ、ちゃんとコートに入れる方法、肩の辺りの高さでのハイストロークを強く打ち抜きつつ、ちゃんとコート内に入れる方法、セカンドサーブをスピンで強く打って必ず入れるこつなどを アドバイスいただけますか？
何年やっても、３０からの手習いだからでしょうか。 これらが強く打てません。
ミスするのを恐れすぎいて思い切って振り抜けないので、いつもストレスがあります。
これらすべては、どれだけきちんとＴＯＰ ＳＰＩＮができているかがポイントで、その事は頭ではわかっているのですが、ちゃんとＪＲからやっている方々のようには、綺麗なＦＯＲＭでの鋭い ＴＯＰ ＳＰＩＮ がかけられません。
何とか克服して、次のレベルに達したいのですが。

べつに、鋭い ＴＯＰ ＳＰＩＮ でなくてもいいんですが、ふつうの綺麗なフォームで、素直なTOP SPINのフォアハンドを打ちたいだけの望みなんですが。

私はアドバイスはできませんが、
どこかのテニスクラブのコーチにプライベートレッスンをしていただいてはいかがでしょうか？
その方が上手になると思いますが。。。

ありがとうございます。 確かにアドバイスだけではうまくなりませんよね。 スポーツですから、実際になんども打って体験しないと。
