現在日系会社勤務の社会人２年目です。
就労ビザで働いているため、条件の良くない仕事しかできず、日本で再就職をした方がよいのか迷っています。
東京の両親は戻って来いというし、英語の方も幼少のころからこちらに居るので問題はないのですが、中途採用・派遣などの仕組みがよく分からないため不安です。海外大学卒の受け入れ態勢についても分からないことだらけです。
日本の就職事情・生活に詳しい方にご意見を募ります。
宜しくお願いします。

まず、あなたという条件の良い仕事って例えばどんな仕事でしょうか？

そして、英語に問題がないと言うことであれば日本語は同じくらい自信がありますか？

日本は今、グローバル化が進んでますので海外大学卒業者の受け入れも10年前とは随分違います!企業により優遇さえされます！

でもご存知かとは思いますが両国は文化の違いが大きすぎて（私の経験上）採用後にあまり自己主張をし過ぎると宇宙人のような別世界の人扱いをされることは無きにしも非ずです。。。

まずは今の会社で休暇を出来るだけとり日本で就職活動されてみてはいかがでしょうか？百聞は一見にしかずですし。
