The last time I was there for the Ohtani bobbleheads, they ran out at 6:00 ～ 6:30.
I think going at 4:00 is a wise decision since it may run out even earlier and there will be a line at the gate.
But as others have said, it may be difficult if you arrive at the airport at 2:00 and take a bus through Union Station.
If you want to get there as soon as possible, it would be best to go directly from the airport by Uber or other means.
You could get a hotel near the airport or use a locker near the airport and have Uber etc. stop there.
If you are going to leave your luggage in a locker near the airport and stay somewhere else and pick it up the next day, a clear bag of the specified size will hold at least a day's worth of clothes.
