I entered Japan about 3 weeks ago with Haneda arrival as well as Topy. In my case, after the seatbelt sign went off after arrival, it took about 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete customs and meet the person who picked me up.

I will give you some tips on how to get the results of the antigen test and get out of the airport as soon as possible. You should have completed all the designated oaths and other documents, including the PCR negative proof in Hawaii, and have them ready for immediate retrieval in a clear file or the like.
You should also install the designated smartphone applications while you are in Hawaii, turn on location information, and register a Skype or WhatsApp account so that you will be able to check the operation immediately when you are asked to do so at the gate.
