At least on Oahu, anyone can get vaccinated for free.
You can get it if you bring your passport. However, if you have an adverse reaction or get infected with corona, the medical expenses are not free.
If you do get infected, you will be inconvenienced by the hotel and have huge medical bills, so it is not a good idea to travel to Hawaii just yet.

I've been going down the freeway for so long that I didn't know Seiwa existed and went to TC, but lately I've been going to Seiwa and TC about 50/50. I started to use the freeway and noticed the existence of Seiwa, and in OC, TC and Seiwa in Costa Mesa are close to each other along the same harbor, so some people seem to be using the freeway for both.
I can't remember the prices so I can't compare them, but personally I think I can choose Seiwa more slowly.
I go to TC when there is a sale item I am looking for, such as rice, etc. I enjoy Gardena TC so much that I go there once a month even though it is far away. Seiwa has different kinds of snacks than TC.
I buy frozen fish from Seiwa without the country of origin written on the package. I buy raw fish from TC. A foodie friend of mine says that I should buy sashimi at Mitsuwa, but Mitsuwa is generally a bit expensive, so I don't go there very often.

#33 Seiwa NEW Mr.
This is a sequel to the vegetable story.
As many of you know, Seiwa is owned by the founder of Marukai. The grandfather of Marukai retired due to his age.
He handed over the management to Tokyo central but his passion for MARUKAI still hasn't cooled down and he opened Seiwa as a new restaurant.
Also, on a side note, Mitsuwa's side dish is delicious "Omu-nigiri" (omelette rice balls). Also, as a side note, Mitsuwa's "Omu-nigiri" (rice ball with omelette rice) is delicious. I use Mitsuwa for fresh fish.
