モスクワに日本食材店はたくさんありますか？どの程度の食材が手に入るのか知りたいです。

結構ありますよー！！
アズブカ、ペレクレ、アシャンなど、比較的どこにもあるスーパーにおいてあります。
アズブカは少し高めですが、アシャンやペレクレは安めです👍
そば、うどん、醤油(ちょっと味違う？)、豆腐、ノリなど、置いてます。
日本米などはコリアンのお店やこのびびなびサイトの「タウンガイド」のところに掲載されてるNipponさんなどで売ってますが高めです(このお店では他の日本食材もたくさんあります)。
あとは企業さんによって物資輸送のサービスがついてたりするのでそこで皆さま色々頼んでいらっしゃる方も多いと頼めると思います！
なお、こちらで買える「イタリヤ米」というお米があるのですが、日本の炊飯器で炊いたら、日本米とほぼ変わりません！(香が少し違うぐらい。うちの夫は気づきませんでした笑)
※お値段は、5-6合炊いて100-200ルーブルぐらいです。
一時帰国などで日本から食材を持ってくる時は、調味料系やお味噌、乾物野菜や子供の食べ物(離乳食)などをもってくることが多いです。
