一ヶ月前に修理の為トーランスにある日本人経営の店にパソコンを持っていきました。
そしたら、修理代150ドルとられました。
2日前にまた壊れて昨日持っていきました。
そしたらハードドライブがだめだから、買えないとだめといわれました。
料金が160ドルといわれました。
先月も払ってまた払うのかと言ったら、違うところが壊れたから払ってと言われ、サービス料60ドルを30ドルにするといわれました。
また130ドル払いました。
なんか納得がいきません。
パソコン修理の金額って私達じゃ分からないし、店の言われるがままに払うしかないんでしょうか。

チェックするだけでサービスチャージを取られるので
150ドルはチェック代も含まれているのでは。
自分が使っている修理屋さんは
日本人のところではなくメキシコ人の修理屋さんで
簡単なチェックは10ドル〜20ドル。
日本語、英語表示が切り替えられなくなって
新しいバージョンに入れ替えてもらって
昼ころ持って行き夕方5時ころ取りに行き
チャージが80ドルだったが
20ドル上乗せして100ドル支払った。

修理の内容にもよるけど修理に１５０ドルとかハードドライブの交換が６０ドルなら料金的に普通。大手チェーン店の修理の料金表みればすぐに分かるよ。ラップトップなんかは３年ぐらいでいろいろ不具合出てくるし、ハードドライブは壊れやすいパーツだから駄目になる確率高い。日頃からまめにバックアップしておいた方がよいよ。それとそれなりに年季の入ったパソコンなら何度も修理に出すより新しいコンピューター買った方がよいと思うが。
