現在ロスに在住している40代、独身者ですが、ロスとハワイ（オアフ島）在住経験のある方に、それぞれに住んでみた利点、欠点など違いを教えて頂きたく投稿させて頂きました。
特に趣味はありませんが、平日は仕事、週末は海に出掛けたり、ショッピングに出掛けたりする程度です。
仕事、週末の過ごし方、現地アメリカ人の気質、日本人コミュニティー、衣食住（物価等含む）など生活環境について、教えて頂ければ幸いです。

月の消費額を一定に抑えている勤労者が生活するところではありません。
支出制限のない、富裕層 芸能人 企業オーナーがお金を使い
チップ と 虚栄が飛び交う島。
風邪でホテル紹介の医者に一日で。。。
日本に届いた警告書と請求書。。。３０万円
日本人はおとなしい金持ちATMだと思われている。
お金がたくさんないと惨めになる。
LAの比ではない。働くところではなく遊ぶところ

皆様、貴重なご意見有難うございます。
皆様の話を総括すると、ハワイは遊ぶには適しているが仕事をして生活する場所ではない。
企業オーナーや芸能人などの富裕層が多く、ある程度お金がないと生活するのはきついという事ですね。
気候については年中温暖ではあるが、カリフォルニアに比べて湿度が高いという事ですね。
サラリーマンをして生活するにはきついが、自分でビジネスをするにはチャンスがありそうですね。
一度ハワイの知人を訪ねてみて、こちらとの生活の違いを少し体験してみようと思います。

ロスから 3年前ハワイで移住しました。
旅行の目的ではなく移住の目的にもう一度来て見てください。
英語と日本語がお上手ならば機会は多いのに。。。
