ロサンゼルスからラスベガスのストリップのホテルまで行くのに、自分の車（ガソリン代）と飛行機（二人分のチケット代＋空港からホテルまでのタクシー代）がほぼ同じ場合、
皆さんならどちらを利用されますか? 又その理由を教えてください。
ちなみに同伴者は一人で、運転の場合、自分がメインで運転。
滞在日数は２～３泊でその間ストリップ以外行く予定なしです。

もし車で行く選択をした場合は、自分の車よりレンタカーの方がいいと思いますよ。

仕事だと飛行機、比較的時間どおりに到着するので。
遊びでは車、＃１５さんが言うちょっと変わった所への寄り道系が大好きだから。
そしてエーリアンジャーキーを毎回みやげにしてるので。
仕事でも時間に余裕がある時は車で行きます。
毎年最低でも６回、多くて１０回くらいはベガス行きます。
#16さん、俺も一度Cadillac Escalade で行った時は飛行機で行くのと同じくらいガソリン代かかりましたよ。車種によるのかも?

そりゃあ、Cadillac はガソリンくうでしょう。
昔はガソリンを道路に撒いて走ってるといわれましたよ。
その頃から比べれば燃費はよくなっているでしょうけど、
日本車に比べればまだまだ。馬力はあるけど。

皆様、ご意見ありがとうございました。
そうですね、ストリップのホテル、その周辺を行って帰ってだけだったら飛行機。時間に余裕、寄り道したいのだったら車ですよね。
当初のプランだと、ホテル近辺に行って帰ってだったのですが、一日余分にアウトレットで買い物もよくなってきました。
これから最終プランを練ります。 ありがとうございました。
