Vivinavi Los Angeles最低時速?スピード違反で捕まりました。

マリーナデルレイ近くのフリーウェイの90でスピード違反で捕まりました。
時速65マイルまでの標識のあるところです。
最高時速が65マイルで最低時速の標識はないので
本来法律的に最低時速が一体何マイルなのか知りたくて書き込みさせていただいてます。
65マイルのところを50マイルほどで捕まりました。
ということはそれ以上でなければならない法律があるのでしょうか?
どこを調べたらいいのか分からずご存知の方のお知恵を拝借したく
書き込みさせていただいてます。

財政難の州財政を立て直すため取り締まりの強化を実施。
何でもいいから切符を切りまくり頑張って裁判にきた人たちは無罪放免にする。
裁判まで日時はかかるしストレスもかかる。
たいていの人は(ま、いっか)で罰金を払ってしまう。
そのため裁判まで二時間を置くようにしている。
財政難からあの手この手を使い市民から搾取しているのは大分前からですよね。
何はともあれ正義を勝ち取っておめでとー
