就職活動をする時に履歴書は不可欠ですが、その内容の信憑性はどのくらい問われるのでしょう?学生時代の必修活動にインターンとかやったとか、休みの時に２週間バイトで働いたとかそういう細かい事も書いていいのか迷ってます。先輩方、アドバイスお願いします！

履歴書にうそつかないんなら、わざわざ言わないでしょ。

＞前の会社での評判でResume却下の人もいました。
↑これってその前の会社は訴えられますよね。もしその人がそれが原因で採用されない場合は。ＹｅｓかＮｏで答えられるような質問とかならＯＫだけど評判とかそういうのはぺらぺらしゃべると痛い目にあうはずです。あくまでもそれが原因で採用されない場合に限りですけどね。

昔の友達でバイトレベルの募集だったけど、あるスキルをもっていないのにもっているかのように書いたっていうのを聞いたことがある。で、採用されたらしい。これはバイトレベルだから?時代も関係ある?

１）バイトと言ってもどの様な内容のバイトかにも寄りますね。そのスキールと言うのがどの様なものなのか?そこで活用したのか?
２）時代とか関係ないですね。はっきり言って担当者が厳しいか甘いかの差だね。
つまり、担当者が真面目に仕事できる人を選ぶのか?それとも、違う視線で自分の好み（可愛いとか若いとか?）で人を選ぶのか、、、。→これは、危険な担当者ですがね、、、。
でも、登録者として、最終的に、出来ない事を嘘付いて書いても後で自分が辛い思いするだけでしょう。
レズメは正直に出来る事を上手く相手の目に留まるように表現する事がコツだと思います。
