Vivinavi Los Angeles１０～１２人が3か月居住で来る施設ってありますか?

日本から研修目的で10名ほど３か月弱 滞在したいそうなのですが、同じ場所に居住できるような施設ってありますか? Torranceを希望しているようなのですが、私には全く見当もつかない頼みごとなので 困っているのですが・・・どなたか お知恵拝借願います。

トピ主さんは、もう少し条件を挙げないとコメントしづらいのではないでしょうか
例えば
１．全員が、同じ家に泊まる必要があるのか
２．車はあるのか? または歩ける範囲（研修先、食事など）でないといけないのか
３．家なのか、短期アパートなのか、長期ホテルなのか
４．自炊をするつもりなのか
等です
もし、長期にホテル住まい（二人で一部屋など）で良ければ、Extended Stay America(2-3箇所あるはずです）などで交渉すれば、一泊＄５０以下になるはずです
短期アパートの場合は、エージェントに頼むか、Westside rentalなどで、探したほうが良いのでは?

はい、場所が一緒なだけでホテルみたいでもいいらしいのですが、1か月一人１０万円の住居費 という条件らしいです。ホテルだとそうはいかないかと・・・。

Long term のホテルか、Corporate Apartmentなどがいいんじゃないでしょうか。家具や布団や食器や掃除機などなど必用品全部含めて月いくらという感じだからいいと思いますが。私も会社の仕事の事情で、東海岸からカリフォルニアに数ヶ月単位で来ていたときは、Seal Beach のCorporate Apt.（そういうCorporate Aptの契約を取り扱っているアパート，ちなみに私が住んでいたのはOakwoodというアパートだったと思います）に住んでいました。１０年前位ですが、その時で何もかの含めて月＄１１００(one bedroom apt)でした。Two bedroom
だったら1人分がもっとお得でしたよ。
