Santa Anaの5freewayで、間違えてカープール専用の合流地点からフリーウェイに入ってしまい、引き返せずそのまま白線の点線ラインが出てくるまで走ってしまいました。
カープールの罰金を払うのは現行犯逮捕された時のみというのは本当でしょうか?ビデオやカメラなど設置されている所もあるのでしょうか?
ご存知の方いたら教えてください。お願い致します。

カープールだから乗り合いしている人が携帯使えるのでは．．．
監視カメラも維持費がカリフォルニアの財政を圧迫して、近い将来なくなるという話を聞いたことあります。最近夜はやたらとポリスカーをみますが理不尽な検挙も増えているのではと懸念してます。

毎朝Hawthornを北に向かって通勤してるのですが、182thの少し越えた当たりのCOCOSレストランの前で朝から白バイが張ってます。
今朝も捕まっているのを見ました。
よくよく見ると182thより北側の制限速度が35mphに変わるのに気づいて、汚いな～と思いました。
