最初に勤めていた会社から今の会社へトランスファーをしまして、
合法的な手続きは全て終了しています。
ただ1点、日本のアメリカ大使館にて、まだ面接を受けておらず、
パスポートのビザスタンプは前の会社のものです。
1年くらい前ですが、日本に戻った時に、アメリカ大使館にてビザ面接をせず、
再度、アメリカに入国しましたが、少し突っ込まれた程度で、
比較的楽に入国できました。ですが、その際に、
「通常は、日本のアメリカ大使館でビザ面接をして、新しいビザスタンプを
もらってから来るんだよ。」
と言われ、コンピューターに何か入力していました。
1ヶ月後、日本に戻るのですが、やはり今度は、ビザ面接を
受けないとだめでしょうか?それとも、受けずに入国は可能でしょうか?
分かる範囲で結構ですので、誰か、上記の件に詳しい方は
いませんでしょうか?

今の会社が契約している弁護士に相談されてみてはいかがですか。
ここで聞かれてもいろいろな返事が返ってくるので
こんがらがってくると思いますよ。
