日本だと、こびりつかず、かつその効果がずっと続くマーブルコートやセラミックコートのフライパンがあります。
アメリカで同様のフライパンを買いたいと思っていますが、メーカー、商品名等わかれば教えてください。
テフロン加工のフライパンを使っていますが、こびりつかない効果はすぐなくなってしまいました。

フランス製だけどティファール(T-FAL)とかは?
デザインもいいから女性に人気だけど。

お二方から推薦があるのであれば間違いなさそうです。値段もそれほど高くなさそうなので早速購入しようと思います。

うちはANOLONのNonstickを使っていますが、スポンジのガリガリの面でこすって洗っても大丈夫。
もう２年以上フル使用していますが、ちょこっと油をひくくらいでまったくこびりつきません。
素材はアルミニュウムにコーティングというものではなく、鉄のようなずっしり重いものです。
値段は高めですがROSSで安く買いました。
確か他のメーカーでも同じタイプのものが出ていますね。

ANOLONも良さそうですね。重くてもこびりつきのストレスがなければ問題ありません。レビューを見ると3年使ってもまだ大丈夫みたいです。
