この度、引越しすることになったのですがCamarillo、Ｔhousand Oaksのあたりを考えています。今はターザナに住んでいるのですが、そちらのほうへは今までアウトレットの買い物ぐらいでしか行ったことがありません。今の家の近所ですとウエストＬＡなどと比べるとずっと少ないですが、日本人の方はちらほら町で見かけますが、Camarillo、Ｔhousand Oaksなどではどのくらいの日本人の方が住んでいて日系のコミュニティなどがあるのか知りたく掲載させていただきました。また、住みやすい点、住みにくい点、近辺でお薦めの町などに住んでる方がいたら教えてください。どうぞよろしくお願いします。

もう５年ほど前になりますがCamariiloに10年、その前はSimi Valleyに2年程すんでいました（現在はOCです）
Camarilloは海が割と近く山などさえぎるものがないのでThousand Oaksと比べるとだいぶ気温が違います。エアコンのないアパートも多いです。家もエアコンはありましたが冷房を使うことはほどんどないくらい夏でも快適でした。Camarilloは治安もよいし住みやすいと思います。治安の点ではT.O.も同じようなものだと思います。
日系のものは当時で言えばCamarilloもT.O.も違いはほどんどなかったです。CamarilloやOxnardなどはむか～しに移住してきた日本人のファーマーの人がいるのに対してT.O.は駐在員の人が主だったと思います。
どちらもいい街ですが気温だけの点で見ればCamarilloの方が私的には全然良いとおもいます。
