揚げ物で使った油の処分方法について教えてください。前にも同じようなトピックがありましたが、結局「ごみと一緒に捨てる」という結論でした。
前、ニュース番組でＮＹでは、使用済みの油を回収して燃料にしている業者があるというのを見ましたが、ＬＡには油のリサイクル業者みたいなものはないのでしょうか？1ガロンの牛乳容器にいれて、かなりの量になってます。このまま捨てていいものか？悩んでいます。

「揚げ物で使った油」をソテーなど他の料理に使うのが一番無駄がないと思いますよ。
家庭で揚げ物をする時、見てると大抵の人は油を使い過ぎですね。
フライ物なんかは、揚げるというより、焼く感覚で、ひたひたの油でも十分揚がりますよ。
