肝斑（かんぱん）的なシミがとりたいのですが、fraxel（フラクセル）に興味があります。値段も高いし、時間もかかるので、どなたか経験された方いましたらアドバイス下さい。
シミとり方法には漂白クリーム・ピーリング・フォトフェイシャル・フラクセルがあると聞きました。
ピーリングは肌に対しての負担が大きいので考えていません。
フォトフェイシャルは半年もすればシミが戻るとき聞いたのですが、、。フラクセルはレーザー治療らしいのですがしみとりに効果的なのでしょうか？
またどこかにいいクリニックがあれば紹介して下さい。

母(６５歳)が毎晩顔を洗ったあとに３０秒ぐらい氷を頬のしみにあててたらしみが薄くなったそうです。妊娠、出産を経てしみが濃くなったので試してみようと思ってます。
でもこれって根拠はあるのでしょうか。どなたか、お肌の仕組みに詳しい方いらっしゃったらコメントお願いします。

こちらに来てからと言うもの、車での移動が多い為か顔の半分だけにシミが集中して出始めた上、年々、濃く大きくなっていっている気がしてならず、出来るだけ肌に優しい方法で薄く、又は、消せないものかと思っています。
