賞味期限

こんにちわ。ちょっとしたことなのですが昨日、安かったのでビールをニ○ヤで買ったのですが家帰ってきて賞味期限を見たら3月半ば、でも今は4月の半ば。。これって・・・。賞味期限切れとも書いてはなく安くするのは？？？って疑問に思いました。前にも日本のマーケットでビールを買ったときも賞味期限切れ。日本ではありえないですよね？もちろん、アメリカでもあってはならないこと。アメリカでは告知（賞味期限切れなど）なしに売ってもいいんでしょうか？納豆とかも賞味期限書いてないですよね？品質の保証は？？？これをアメリカ人が知ったら？？って思います。法律で決められていないのでしょうか。。もしこれが法律違反なら本当に訴えたいです。

いい加減ですが日本　スーパーの事がかりですがアメリカのスーパーすごいですよ。特に冷凍の肉なんかにおいますが皆さんもうすこしみてとうこうしたら。

とりあえず今年中にこの問題を何とかしようと思う。法律には違反してはいけないでしょ、やっぱ。消費者が賢くとか、それ以前の問題だもん。これって。
