先月ebayで商品を購入し、なかなか届かないので差し出し人に確認をしたところ既に私の住所宛に配達済みの確認が取れているとの事、（自分自身でもトラッキング＃で確認）しかし私は受け取っていない！？！？！？
郵便局に問い合わせても一向に返事がありません。
そこで購入の際に保険を＄２掛けていたのですがどのようにクレームをすればいいか教えていただけますか。
よろしくお願いします。

保険をかけたものが紛失した場合は差出人（セラーさん？）に保険請求のクレームを出してもらってください。それをやってくれない場合はご自分でも出来ると思います。直接郵便局の窓口に行ってください。書類があります。トラッキングナンバーが単なる配達証明なのかエクスプレス便の物なのかでアドバイスが違ってきます。$2の保険というのは保険代として$2でしょうか？単にトピ主さんがセラーさんに払った$2でしょうか？商品のバリューが$2でしょうか？お金を払っても保険をつけて送ってくれないセラーさんもいますので保険の番号（エクスプレス便以外で送った場合）もセラーさんから聞いてください。

商品の値段が＄５０であと＄２を保険代として払いました。
トラッキンング＃はただの配達証明だと思います。
とりあえずセラーに連絡を取ってみます。
