H1取得についてなんですが、私の場合既に申請はしているものの、追加書類の提出が必要となり、OPTも切れてしまっているので現在働けません。およそもう２ヶ月自宅待機になっているのですが、このまま却下されることってあるのでしょうか。私のようなケースを体験されている方いませんか。

バリバリ。知人は移民局からApproval Letter出たけど、大使館面接で落とされたし。

そうなんですね。
私の知り合いは、追加書類が発生したということは、その書類さえ提出すれば大丈夫だと言っているのですが・・・。ビザ取得はとても個人差があると思うのですが、私の場合、私が提出した書類には問題はなかったようなんです。会社側に追加書類の提出を求められました。ビザの問題はかなりストレスですね。
