先日、リトルトーキョーの近くに行ったときのことです。
路上駐車のパーキングメーターのところに車を止めようとしたら、黒人の人がやってきて
「今メーターが壊れてるから自分がお金を集めている」と言われました。
彼はパーキングメーターのコインの投入口から針金を差し込んでメーターを２時間駐車できる状態にしてしまいました。
私は怪しいと思いつつも、トラブルは避けたいし（特に私は黒人の人に恐怖心を感じます。もちろんこれは私個人の問題で、彼らは悪くないのですが）、自分が損する訳ではないので２ドル払いました。
用事が済んで車に戻ってくると彼の姿はありませんでした。
同じような経験をした方はいませんか？
これは騙されたんでしょうか？それとも本当にパーキングメーターが壊れているときに代理で料金を集める仕事があるんでしょうか？
騙されていたとしたら、どうすればよかったんでしょうか？

私も同じ経験がありますが、私はお金を請求されませんでした。でも、何かあってからでは怖いので、払おうとしましたが、いらない、と言って去ってしまいました。なんか得した気分でしたが、同時にちょっと不思議な感じもありましたけどね。

似てるように思えて実は似てない。アジアはひとつじゃないってことです。
うざくてごめんなさい。でも韓国人、中国人が嫌いってことじゃないですよ。国民性があるってこと。
