Irvineのとあるスーパーに買い物に行った時、店の前で、アメリカ人の若者に酒を買って来てと頼まれ(代金はきちんと渡されました)、ちょっとした親切心で買って来てあげました。
そうしたら、お酒を渡した直後、警察に囲まれ、未成年の為にお酒を買ったと言う罪でチケットを切られてしまいました。
MISDEMEANOR(軽罪）で、その場でJAILに行く必要は無かったのですが、Courtへ出廷しなければなりません。
どなたか同じ様なチケットを貰った方はいませんか？
罰金は幾ら位でしょうか？
また、弁護士を雇った方がいいのでしょうか？
ご存知の方がいたら教えて下さい。
私は自分の考え方が甘さを後悔してます。皆さんも気を付けて下さい。

そもそも２１歳以上だったら他人にお酒を買ってきてもらうようにに頼む必要もないので、その時点で未成年だと気づくべきだったんだろうな。やはり状況はトピ主にとって厳しいでしょう。
法律的にはトピ主が悪い（不注意）といわれるけど、モラル的にはこういう警察のおとり捜査は最低だね。。いい弁護士を見つけてうまく処理できることを祈るよ。

まぁ弁護士の腕にもよると思うけど、「依頼を断ったら暴行されそうな気がした」とか、自分の身の危険を感じたことを理由に軽減を嘆願するとか。
やってしまった以上、軽減をお願いするのが得策かと思いますよ。

警察のおとり捜査とはひどいですね。
今度自分がこのような目に遭いそうになったら、
スパークリングウォーターを購入し、
紙袋でぐるぐる巻きにして、渡してみたいです。
『御用だ！御用だ！』と来たポリスに、
にやりと笑いながら渡したい。
未成年の飲酒はいけませんが、おとり捜査というのも賛成出来ません。
ネズミ取りをしているポリスも含めて、
未然に防ぐことをしない警察には悪を裁く権利はないと考えます。
