みなさん検問に出くわした方はいますか？？昨日の夜（25日）Inglewood stで検問をしてました。(Artesia st寄り)。飲んでいたので焦りましたが辛うじて帰宅出来た後に歩いて何の検問かPoliceに聞きに行ったら、Drinking Checkをしてるだよ・・・お前は飲んで運転したか？なんて聞かれてドキッとしましたがもちろんNOと答えました。
皆さんはこんな飲酒検問に出くわした事は有りますか？？どこで検問してましたか？
みなさん飲酒の検問には気を付けましょう！！

実は私も全く同じ場所での検問、又同じく軽く飲んでいたので焦りましたが無事切り抜けました。結構派手な検問だったのですが長年住んでいてあんな検問にあったのは初めてです。まるで日本のようだったよ〜。

あの、「無事切り抜けました」って、どうやって切り抜けられるのですか？出くわす前に、Uターン？右折または左折？

検問を発見してから右左折もしくはUターンをしようとする車は白バイが待機していてすぐに追いかけて来るみたいでした。＃２の方はどうやって切り抜けたのでしょう？僕も気になっています。僕にはアルコール測定器みたいな物を使っている様に見えましたが・・・
どのぐらい飲んだら規定の数値を超えて捕まる事になるのでしょう？？知ってる方がいらしたら書き込みお願いします。

急にUターンなどしたのが見つかれば当然怪しく思われ追いかけられることもあるでしょうね。私が思うに＃２さんはあせらず挙動不審にもならず冷静に受け答えし、かつアルコールの臭いもばれなかったのでテストを受けなくて済んだということではないでしょうか？数値で言えば測定器で０．０８を超えるとDUIになってしまいます。
はたしてどれぐらい飲むとそれを超えてしまうかというと、その人の体型、そのときの体調、なにをどれぐらい何時にどういう状況（空腹だったとか）
で飲んだか、いろんな要素によって変わってくるのでなんとも言えませんね。使い捨てのアルコール測定器なども売ってますが。
わかりきってることで申し訳ありませんが、やっぱり「飲んだら乗るな」の
一言だと思います。

ハラハラドキドキするぐらいなら、飲んで運転してんじゃないよ、ばかだね。まあ、美味いレストランとか居酒屋に行けば、酒も飲みたいのはわかるけどさ、ともだちでお酒を全く飲まないやつを運転手として連れて行くとかさ。検問はときどきしてるよ。
酒だけじゃなくて、薬中毒や不審車両も検査できるからね。
私の住んでる街の隣街（さびれた治安のよくない）でも深夜に検問してたよ。Mission inn ave.とRubidouxの辺りかな。（リバサイね）
