SBCの電話回線を使用しているのですが、色々トラブルがあり莫大な金額の請求を受けました。この半年間、分割など支払い方法を話し合ってきたのですが、合意に達しづ、とうとう今週末にディスコネクションされることになりました。電話回線はインターネットに使用していただけで、あとは携帯電話中心の生活なので、それほど困ることは無いと思うのですが、、、未払いの請求額が、後々日本に帰っても請求されるのでしょうか？

電話の未払い分は、日本まで追いかけて行きます。それに、その未払い分をそのままにしておくと、後々大変な事になります。
そこで、色んな方法で解決する方法があります。
１．FTCとPUCに間に入ってもらい、解決する。
２．弁護士に入ってもらい解決する。
そして、その請求金額をもう一度見直し、あまりにも超過請求だったら、帳消しにも出来ます。
諦めず、頑張って解決してください。

うん。いくらぐらい請求が来たのか わからないから何とも言えないけれど、弁護士費用の方が高くなるようだったら、払うしかないと思う。友人は 格安なレートに入らないかという電話が来て、入ると言ったらその後 莫大な金額の請求書が送られて来たらしい。話しと違うから、電話会社へ連絡したら、そんなキャンペーンやってないっていわれたらしい。
それで、弁護士を雇っても弁護士費用の方が高くつくから分割で払っているよ。
