Nsight.
I called Passport Travel today and made an appointment.
Initially they informed me to come and get the results, but when I asked today they said they would email them.
I think （ the one with immediate results was ＄ 75 and the more precise one sent to the lab was ＄ 125. RT-PCR was ＄ 225. ）

Negative proof on return is also expensive ＆ and time consuming in Japan in many places.
I'll list one place that looks relatively good in Osaka and Tokyo （ completely in my opinion ） as it might be useful for someone.

Thank you for remembering.
I passed the check of the airline （ ANA ） when I left the U.S., and
I got the stamp of "Inspection Certificate" at the check-in counter when I entered Japan without any problem.
The appointment for the PCR test was easy, and although the test result was supposed to be within 24 hours, it actually took about 6 hours
to receive the test result. I think it is safe to say that all the necessary details on the Japanese side are clearly indicated.

I was in a hurry to gather various information when I suddenly decided to return to Japan, and I was curious about a Youtube video of a person who actually entered Japan right after the revision of the regulation,
saying "I think the format was originally not allowed, but I could pass.
