初めまして。離婚歴がありKビザを取得された方、いらっしゃいませんか？
自分で調べているのですが分からないことがあります。それは私達日本人女性は離婚後半年間は再婚できませんが
その期間中に手続きは始められるのですか？また４歳の子供のビザについても教えていただければ尚嬉しいです。

始めまして。Kビザはフィアンセビザですよね。アメリカ市民と婚約し、アメリカ入国後90日以内に結婚して永住権を得るためのビザになります。その場合お子様はK-2ビザになります。申請にあたっては相手のフィアンセが近くの移民許可局に行き手続きをしなければなりません。その時に本当に結婚する意思がある証明をする書類等があるようです。ビザに関しては4年に1度訂正されますので、詳しくは相手の方にご相談されて弁護士に聞かれた方が良いと思います。ごめんなさいね。このような事しかお話出来ません。
