現在住んでいるところは、ルームメイトと2人で契約して一年契約で住んでいます。一年経つのですが、私一人だけ契約更新をして、ルームメイトは出て行きます。
私は一人でリースホルダーになって、ルームメイトを募集する予定なのですが…
現在のルームメイトから言われたことがわかりません。
その方が言ったこととは、まずデポジットを私から返却(これは大家さんからも了承を得てますのでOK)
そしてブローカーフィーを返して欲しいと言ってます。
私たちは2人で契約したときに、不動産屋さんを通したのですが、その時のブローカーフィーを返して欲しいとのことでした。
私の考えはそれは手数料だから、請求できるものではないと言ったんですが、法律で決まっていると言われました。
私は法律はわかりませんので、どなたか教えていただけませんか?
よろしくお願いします。

二人で契約しているのならデポジット、フィー等も５０％お互いが負担しているんじゃないですか。
ルームメートが負担しているデポジット５０％はあなたが支払って新しいルームメートから５０％支払ってもらう?。
ブローカーフィーはルームメートに契約した不動産屋に聞いてもらう。

契約手数料なので契約した時点で戻ってこないものというのが常識的見解。
納得しないようであれば
その人も契約者であるなら直接不動産屋に聞いてもらえば?
デポジットと間違えているのかも?
