離乳食を始めたいと思っています。
ドクターにはライスシリアルをすすめられましたが、できれば手作りをしたいと思っています。
アメリカ産のお米(特に玄米多いそうですが白米にも)にはヒ素の量が多いとのことですが、こちらで最近離乳食を始められた皆さんはどうされていますか?
ミツワなどで日本製のお米も売っていますでしょうか?
違う穀物も考えたのですが、日本人の味覚を持って欲しいのでできればおかゆで始めたいと思っています。
おすすめのお米などあったら教えてください。
また無農薬のお米などがあったら教えて頂きたいです。

私は3人子供がいますが、ほとんど手作りしてましたし、デイケアにも持たせていました。
農薬や添加物の基準は国によって違うでしょう。
確かに気になる所ですが、郷に入れば郷に従えじゃないですけど、手に入る日本食材や代用できるこちらの物を使ってましたよ。
私の在住区域に『宇和島屋』と言う日本系のそこそこ大きなマーケットがあります。
そういう所だと無農薬の日本米があります。
私もさすがにチャイニーズ系は避けるようにしてますが、コリアン系はまあいいかなと ＾＾；
コリアンの大きい店だと無農薬米ありましたよ。
最近コリアンマーケットに行くと、無農薬や無添加と 食にこだわってきた感じを受けます。
日本のより安いし ＾＾
初めてのお子さんですか?
私はおかゆに茹でてマッシュした野菜（かぼちゃ＋すると甘くてよく食べる、煮干の粉末混ぜたり）を混ぜたり、
うどんやそうめんをトロトロに煮て煮込みうどんみたいにしたり、かぼちゃとミルクでポタージュ作ったりしたなぁ～
遠い記憶です… ＾＾；

カリフォルニアの無農薬ライスならLundberg が有名です。
ネットでもWholefoodsマーケットでもXXカイでも買えます。
ちょっと高いのが難点ですがおいしいです。
