初めまして、車の個人売買でわからないことがあり困っているので書き込ませていただきます。
ご存知の方がいましたらお力を貸していただければと思います。
私が売り手です。
Pink Slipは盗難にあった為に現在所持していません。
ですがREG227 http://www.dmv.ca.gov/forms/reg/reg227.pdf
は書き込み買い手の方にも書いていただきました。来週に一緒にDMVに行き名義変更をしようと言う話になっているのですが、買い手の方はまだカリフォルニア運転免許証を取得していません。
Smog check のcertificateはもう持っています。
質問をまとめると、
１、REG227を提出する際に買い手がカリフォルニア運転免許証を所持していなくても名義変更は可能ですか?
２、REG227 による名義変更を行う際、売り手も一緒にDMVに行かなくてはいけませんか?
３、売り手として車を引き渡した後に行う必要がある作業はなんですか?
もしわかる方がいらっしゃいましたらよろしくお願いします。

１ 車の売買はできます。
２－必要はないと思います。
３－売った時点でのマイル数と値段と日にち、買い手の氏名、住所をDMVにレポートすることが大切です。
売ってすぐに買い手が事故を起こしたり、レジスターしてなくて駐車違反などするとあなたの責任になるから。
