家庭で揚げ物をする際、熱いうちに油を漉してポットに保存しておくのが普通と思っていたのですが、アメリカでは、フライヤーという電気製品?を使うのが一般的なのでしょうか?
私はやはりポットを使いたいのですが、油ポットを見かけません。
トーランスのDAISOにあるのかな?
ご存知の方、教えてください。

一度揚げ物に使った油は酸化してるからヘルシーじゃない。ま、気にしないのならいいけど。マルカイとかミツワにありあんす。
